Training in mindfulness of loving kindness gives us the power to overcome disturbing thoughts, be in the moment and to stay focused on what brings peace of mind. This retreat consists of gently-guided meditation sessions, and is suitable for those new to meditation, as well as long-time meditators looking to deepen their practice Everyone welcome!
